DZ Series – helical-bevel Geared Reducers

DZ series monoblock body, helical bevel geared reducers, the input and output shafts 90 is designed for systems that need to be in. With seven different body size are manufactured with high torque gearbox. IEC B5 flange motor mount for Standard Motors as they are produced. Efficiency class IE3 or IE2 IEC standard motor is used.

Rigid structures are suitable to be used in severe conditions. Cast iron gg20 or ggg40 ductile iron casting are used as the body material. The gears are manufactured from high quality case hardened steel. A surface hardness of 58-60 HRC heat treatment of gears is done and to provide high-tech grinding benches. Special seal for applications in dusty environments are available.
